Flat rate shipping of USD 40.00 applies only to orders shipped within the Continental U.S. using the standard UPS or USPS shipping method. Expedited shipping options do not qualify for flat rate shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.

We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), and Friday from 9:00AM – 5:00PM, excluding holidays).

Signature is required on all deliveries and if the client does not want signature required they must contact the office.
